He did......and he stormed off at the final whistle.

I do think it was just because of the ****e in the match, but he seemed to be going a bit overboard at the end

I thought he was just desperate for the goal he deserved and was pissed off.

He's the best player in the league. I said this the other day to a Manc mate of mine who *laughed* and said "he's got a way to go before he's even close to Rooney's class".

      What a tool.

      £22m was an absolute steal.
      Thanks very much for being

IMO you are over dramatising this. At the final whistle he got up and went straight down the tunnel.

He's a bit of a lunatic, but he's our lunatic

That nutcase in him is what makes him such a worldbeater. He just loses control because he wants it so bad. I bet he will have calmed down again by now

Said it before and I'll say it again, I can't wait to see him an Gerrard linking up on the pitch.

If those two form an understanding and stay injury free. If Carroll clicks into another gear, then why can't we challenge this season? Few big ifs there, but stranger things have happened. We need to stay in the mix until January and after that our lack of Champions League could well pay dividends.

              That too.

I think he was so disappointed in himself that he didn't score (and he had chances), upset at refs that didn't call a penalty kick once or twice and that that teammates haven't found him open few times when he had a chance to go all the way.

When you add to that Kenny subbed him and I think he wanted to stay not surprised that he lost it little bit today.

Don't think so, he had plenty of time to calm down once he was off....yes he was annoyed, but he didn't hang around at all.
Whistle goes, up out of chair, didn't look anyone in the eye, and straight down tunnel..........one pissed off man.

I agree with you. However, not hanging around, is not storming off!

                      Fair enough

Would've liken to see him come out for the MOM award though.......Sky could've had another one of their surreal Silva translated interviews
Or better yet, one in Dutch with the Spanish-speaking Uruguayan translated by Dirk

He loves football, I dont have any problem with his reaction and dont think he did anything wrong. If he snubbed Kenny or stormed down the tunnel then theres a problem but he shook hands etc and sat down.

Don't think anyone is saying what he done is wrong.....just observations on how annoyed he was because of what happened during the game, because of how much he loves playing.

or, its because of a rejected bid by Real Madrid
