The guy is a liability to us or to anybody that signs him. For sure, he scores goals and plays with his heart of his sleeve. But at what cost? 10 game bans per season and a tarnished club reputation?

But you could also argue he's taken some of the pressure off the new signings by stealing the limelight. Works both ways really.

If Liverpool stand firm on the fee and it looks like the deal is falling through I don't think refusing to play or taking Liverpool to court is beneath Suarez.
