Luis has had a precedent in the sense that he was banned for another offence; so for transgressing the rules but for different reasons might incur in a more serious ban. The two can't be directly correlated. The context is different and when the Evra incident happened he hadn't really misbehaved beforehand.

I suspect his previous ban + the Evra incident + the World Cup handball + his dives will be taken into account in order to give him a longer ban, all they do is paint a picture of a despicable little **** who doesn't obey the rules and has no regard for authority.

It smacks of double standards then doesn't it really. They aren't fit to run the game and they aren't impartial. How you could have Chief Execs of rival clubs running the FA or in senior positions is bizarre.
