If you line Bale, RVP and Suarez up and objectively looked without anything other than the football they played over the year I cannot for the life of me see how you'd not say he's been the best player in the league.

Suarez is a two-footed, diving, foreigner.

Bale is a majestic 1 footed jumping out the way of potential injury, Brit.

Of course Bale will win.
