Fair enough mate, fwiw I agree with you on this. Any less than £55m and we shouldn't sell. But I don't think Ayre should be sacked if we do get less. There are plenty of outside factors in selling a player. It's never simply a case of thrashing out the best fee.

not really imo if Madrid really really want suarez then we LFC can use those players as pawns to our advantage plus cash if Rodgers wants either of those players and if those players wish to come to lfc....if suarez leaves then lfc have to make it counts as an advantage to us

I meant in terms of would the players be interested based on us not being in the CL. For what its worth I don't think Higuain would be very good for us.

I'd love Benzema he's much better than Higuain IMO

Di Maria would be another very good piece of Business but for me Higuain isn't a good fit for us and Lopez is too old surely.

Coentrao has been linked with a move away with the talk of a left back being a possibility but again would he take the step out of the CL?

The rest of the squad we either have absolutely no chance of IMO or I wouldn't consider them good enough.

I've left Alonso out because I'd love him back but can't see it happening
