If Henderson continues to progress and grow, it won't be long before we start calling Kuyt the old Henderson.I wear my heart on my profile name.Comment

Kuyt did ok for us in his first season to be fair, second season he struggled i think. He was older, zero experience in premier league, plays completely different, slower, more physical, technically poorer. The comparison really doesn't work at all IMO.
Henderson's technique was never in doubt, just his mentality. He has improved as regards getting involved in the game and not hiding.. credit has to be given for that.. but mention of him being Gerrard's replacement is frankly ridiculous. Improved yes but still such a long way to go before he can be mentioned in the same breath as Stevie.
Just realised this is the Suarez thread

Yes but LDP doesn't let facts and insight impede his rush to judgment..
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.
May the Lord bless this post.Comment

That's the logical move but we can't change the midfield 3 of Hendo, Lucas & Gerrard IMO. That would leave a front 3 of Suarez, Sturridge & Moses or Coutinho IMO.
See above.

I'd be more inclined to sacrifice either of the other two in more attacking games as you said.Me, IComment
