Seeing that he's still here, I can safely assume that he's going nowhere now? I read somewhere that Arsenal had to buy him before mid-August to register him to their CL squad.
That is just for the qualifier.

The league and CL sqauds don't have to be confirmed until after the transfer window has shut.

Without him we won 10 points out of 12 for the last 4 games of the season.

With a bit of inprovement over the next six games who knows he might have to sit on the bench for a while.

With the huge money on offer I don't blame him for being selfish and greedy. It could be something to do with that characteristic that drives him on and makes him the special talent that he undoubtedly is.

But he could have kept it quiet and dealt with the management only, instead of the public outcrying and blatant lying that has left us with a sad feelings over his want away at any cost stance. It will be sad to see him go for his football ability alone, everything else he does is just mercenary but that is what the game has become now.

Part of me would like to see him once again scaring the hell out of defences and scoring incredible goals but the other half says good riddance, on your way, we'll be better off without you.

I'd rather he went, abroad of course.

If we got £35m+ I'd be happy, providing we reinvest that money on a couple of decent signings to improve the first team.

His agent has obviously told him to go the softly softly nice approach - be good so we will agree to sell him, after his robust, aggressive stance two weeks ago had the opposite effect on the club owners.

Time has run out though, I can't see us replacing him, as we're not linked to anyone except for a few left back loan signings.

Your too good to be true, can't take the ball off you you got a heavenly touch, you pass like Sounness to rush. And when we're pissed in the bars we thank the Lord that your ours

Its not as simple as that. You could argue we were playing teams who had nothing to play for, we were relaxed and had nothing to play for too, therfore able to express ourselves better. End of season stuff really. When it matters will the players turn up?

Suarez for all his flaws produced when it mattered on 9 out 10 occasions.

Don't care if he stays or goes but it could do with being resolved.

How can it be resolved though until the window closes? The club have already came out and made it clear that he’s not for sale and even if he comes out himself and says he’s staying, it won’t deter Cross from printing otherwise and certainly won’t stop him being linked with other clubs.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Isn't going to be over until the window closes, unless he gets sold before. Even if he came out and said he was staying, you wouldn't really believe him. And am not totally convinced that LFC wouldn't accept a swap deal with someone for him either or straight cash from abroad.

Pretty confident he won't be sold to Arsenal though

I can agree with almost all of that.

But I don't see that a rehabilitated Suárez is in anything like the same League of Evil as the club being owned by a gangster or an autocrat.

Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

                        Exactly.

If Arsenal put in another offer - even after JWH made it crystal clear - then Wenger and his team should be sacked for being unbelievably ****ing dumb.

Would prefer a well-behaved, non-racist, non-violent Suarez to stay but the likelihood of him changing now is minimal...

The only way I can see this being resolved before Jim White shoots his load on Transfer Window Deadline Night is if we have a decent offer from abroad of Player (that Brendan thinks is 'the right fit') + cash, then Suarez will go...

Conceded. I was stretching that somewhat .

Given his record though can he afford another "incident" - that would be three in England, and four in total. I get the feeling if he did do something stupid in the PL again it would make his ten games look trivial. It would also scare away any other club that was interested in signing him.
