He wasn't though.Originally posted by Roger View Postgreat to have him back, a joy to watch. should never be on penalty duty for us again though.
Kuyt made the initial signal that he'll do it but Kenny than decided that Luis will be the one to take the penalty kick.Member #1 of the Luis Suarez fan club

I think we'll just score more goals now regardless, he's so unpredictable, other players can take advantage and score more goals for us as defenders try and keep tabs on Suarez, and he'll chip in no doubt, but defenders are **** scared of him, they have no idea what he's going to do.Originally posted by Craig_H View PostYep that's true.
Hope he continues getting them when the goals are meaningful to the result too
There's a lot to be said for a striker that takes defenders away from other team mates in scoring positions.
Hopefully our luck has changed a tad, we'll see more goals go in instead of hitting the woodwork, get that bit of luck we're due for all our pressing and attacking play.Last edited by Vermilion; 19-02-12, 11:29 PM.

His claim for handball when the keeper went awol out of his box was a little dubious to say the least. Good to see him back, scoring in consequtive games. Still looks as hungry as ever. He set himself up to **** the ball out of the ground after he missed the pen but he thought better of it

They are thr type of goals we werent scoring earlier in the season
One would hope he'll add to it on Sunday too.If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

It makes me chuckle when people trott this line for players who are at, or near their peak. The only improvement he could realistically make is to get his finishing more consistent. And there are no guarantees.Originally posted by foresterbloke View PostHe will only get better. I think we'll be a lot stronger next season, especially with better players on the wing and a decent striker to complement Carroll and Bellamy.Oh I don't know.

TBF, as good as Suarez has been for us individually, he hasn't really linked that well with his team mates and at times has been quite selfish. You would hope that this will be improved with experience.Originally posted by dom9 View PostIt makes me chuckle when people trott this line for players who are at, or near their peak.
