Does anyone else think all of the media storm actually helps the rest of the team by focusing all the **** one one player, who seems to thrive on it. He is like a pantomime villain that the audience hiss' and boos. All of the while the likes of Rodgers, Henderson and even Downing get a bit of breathing room, while LFC get pages in the world media, which lets face it, we are not going to get any other way at the moment. The only thing worse than being hated is being forgotten.

Do you think the Premier League is full of pub players?

Admittedly the CL contains (but sometimes doesn't) the cream of Europe but then look at how many good teams are in the Europa this year.

I just don't see Suarez as a glory hunting vagrant who will be lured by an easier chance to win trophies when he has a home here. If he did then he wouldn't have chosen us in the first place when we were in a worse position than now.

Luis wants to compete at the highest level as any top player and CL competition at the club's level is just that.

Whether we like that or not there are tons of clubs out there that can give him that opportunity regularly, which you cannot say about us.

Loyalty and patience can go only so far and this could be 4th year in row that we could miss to play in CL which is not a good thing and there is no guarantee that things will get any better next season.

In fact, after Swansea result yesterday there is a possibility that we won't make it to EL next year either.
