Yes!! I'd take an undeserved or referee assisted win over these everytime rather than a 5-0 battering.

Wouldnt for any other team but I love how annoyed it gets them and it suits the "it's someone elses fault" culture of their club perfectly.

Suarez interview quotes for local newspaper in Montevideo

On giving an English interview after the derby:

“I decided to try it and it turned out I did pretty well. It’s part of what we have to experience there. Exactly in the Everton match I had been voted man of the match and they asked me if I wanted to talk. Because I was emotional some of it came out well and some came out badly.”

On his reaction to being subbed during the Wolves match:

“A few days later the manager asked me why had I gotten angry and I explained to him that I’m never pleased with being subbed off. That I always want to play. He understood but told me we had played several matches in a row and, since I almost didn’t have vacations, he had done it to look after me. I understood that as well and then I apologized.”

On his ~adopted son~ Sebastian Coates:

“Luckily [Coates] likes kids and he takes care of [Suarez’s daughter Delfina] and all. But she behaves wonderfully and doesn’t bother anyone at all”, said doting Suárez. “I’m `Seba’s` godfather here but it seems by now he’s become a son. I think I have two kids now, a girl and a boy. Ha”

kelly: ONE more question, he got away with it at the weekend, because of all these other issues that came up, but is luis suarez not the most really annoying footballer in english football. durham: yes he's a cheat.
                    Kelly : omg.
then both of them are talking at the same time with durham saying the cannibal incident did it for me.
kelly then said more coming up about him.

i went to listen again to copy it down.
i haven't had a chance to listen from 7pm but kelly said there was more coming up about our suarez.
I suppose it wasn't really that bad was it?

Except calling him a cheat on one of the most listened to radio stations in UK I suppose not.

I wanted to find someonething about him on the Internet before mocking.

Seems calling him a cheat is some of his nicer insults. Wonder what he thinks of his colleague Stan Collymore?

Luis Suarez wants Liverpool to aim for Cup success - because he reckons they are not title contenders.

The Reds were tipped as possible dark horses for the Premier League during the summer.

But the Uruguayan frontman insists Manchester United, Manchester City and Chelsea are "unreachable".

Defeats to Stoke and Spurs, combined with the power, depth and experience at Chelsea, City and United, have set the top three apart.

Suarez said: "We have no limit and want to stay in the top four. But winning the Premier League is now very difficult.

"The main reason why it is so difficult is because the two Manchesters and Chelsea are unreachable. But we can win the Cups."

Under Roy Hodgson last season Liverpool could get no further than the Third Round of the FA Cup where they were put out by United.

It was a similar story early in the Carling Cup where they were humiliated by lowly Northampton.

This season, however, under Kenny Dalglish, Liverpool are unbeaten at home and have eased through their first two games in the Carling Cup, winning at Exeter and Brighton.

Suarez has hit a total of five goals from nine appearances in all competitions already this season, including goals in Liverpool's latest wins over Wolves and Everton.

Yet he has admitted he knew nothing about the background to the famous No.7 shirt - formerly worn by Kevin Keegan, Peter Beardsley and Dalglish - that he now sports.

Suarez said: "I didn't know the history of my No.7 shirt at Liverpool. I picked it because it was one of the few numbers available.

"Now that I know the story I am proud to wear the '7' and I try not to feel the burden of its heritage."

Suarez has also revealed his manager has left no stone unturned in his bid to make him feel at home at Anfield.

He went on: "Dalglish tries to talk to me in Spanish and tries to help me. I appreciate that. I am liking the Premier League more than I could imagine."
