I will as I have said before never understand why it is only the attacking players that is called cheats and divers when the defenders cheats and dives a lot more but then it is called good defending.

It is really laughable.

You must cheat and dive or your team won't win any titles and you will end up injured.

If the referees gave more freekicks without the player going down then it would be less cheating/diving. If players got banned after the games when they dived/cheated and it includes defenders then it would be less diving/cheating.

It is up to the FA to stamp it out. Players will dive and cheat until they do that. Blame the FA, not the players.

If some Spanish team appropriated something, or whatever, fair play. If one English team I didn't hate did it, I could deal with that. Instead it's half the ****ing clubs in the league pilfering more or less every ****ing decent tune we sing to, making it sound generic, taking the sheen off our version and eroding a precious fragment of our identity with their unimaginative parroting.

At the beginning of the season Suarez was one of the few that said we were trying for the league. Whether out of gusto or from what he'd seen in preseason. I don't think he's changed his mind that much that we've become a cup team, got a feeling we've lost the context of his comments.

Honest or not I'd prefer the glass half full approach.

I wish he didn't say that MUFC, MCFC and CFC are unreachable especially after only 7 games even if it's true.

I'd rather hear him say the same thing just worded slightly differently like "our goal for this year is to get in CL competition and we are very confident that we can achieve that".

I dont mind him saying that, it takes the pressure off.

IF we beat Man Utd, we'll be 3 points behind them. If we then win our next 3 'easy' games, the media WILL talk about us as title challengers, because we'll be right up there.

That'll bring ****loads of unwanted pressure. Better off downplaying it publicly, and talking it up behind closed doors.

I don't think the pressure is on us that much to begin with compared to our other big 3 (Gooners especially not because title aspiration though) and Cityh.

Even if we win against Mancs (and I think we will) I'm not sure anybody will still think of us as title contenders but it would help our CL goal.

If you are a winner then pressure helps you win. A player with a great mentality perform better when he is under pressure to perform.

The players should enjoy being talked about as challengers for the title. If they want to play for us then they must be able to cope with the extra pressure.

Suarez is always great in the great games. He love the extra pressure.

Many players are great when they aren't under pressure but it is when they must perform that you discover if he is very good player or an excellent one.

Most of our lot arent used to it at all and having it 11 games into the season wont do us good. I'd rather we quietly did our thing and then, come February/March, if we're in touching distance then fine, the pressure has to be on and you take it.

I would compare us to Andy Murray and his mental problem.

We are great until we must perform to win titles. Then we crumble just like he do.

That is the mentality we must change. We must start to enjoy playing games that decides if you win titles.

Only then can we start to win titles.
