The key questions is if we can trust him and if we believe that it won't happen again.Originally posted by Nigey View PostThe club may or may not sell him we don't know. You are speculating Arn.
I don't trust him anymore and I believe that it will happen again. Maybe not a bite but something that put the club in a very difficult situation.Stop the cyberhate

But surely you have to weigh up the positive impact of removing the negative PR against the negative impact of losing that player.Originally posted by Arn View PostHow important he is have nothing to do with it. If a player acts in a way that make the club look very bad and he do it several times then he should be sold whoever he is.
How important they are to the club has everything to do with it.
I wouldn't doubt there are some levels of the club where it as been discussed. But considering how important he's been to us this season I'd imagine it was a very short discussion.
They would be silly to get rid. That's known as cutting your nose off to spite your face.
Regardless of how much we love or hate him we do need him. Losing Suarez would be an enormous step back in our development.
Not only is he a great player he suits Rogers system perfectly. We wouldn't find another Suarez easily.
Not to mention a big part of what makes him so great is his passion and commitment. Sometimes that passion spills over. I don't think that excuses biting someone but it does mean you can deal with the situation and move on rather than just condemning.

He's come out made a strong statement condemning Suarez and saying the club will deal with it internally.Originally posted by Arn View PostHow many believes that Ayre know how to use the media the rigth way?
How many believes that he will mess it up?
That's it now until we announce what punishment the club has decided for him, there is no need to feed the press with statement after statement keeping the story on the back page making them money.

Well, I believe that one of them(Suarez, Rodgers) will be off in the summer.
Clear signs that Rodgers can't control the players. Shelvey, Suarez, Skrtel examples of that.
This is a big test for Rodgers. If he don't show that he is the boss then he will never survive as our manager. He must also be allowed to show that he is the boss.Stop the cyberhate

If Rodgers can't handle Suarez then he isn't strong enough, it is as simple as that. So it is about the manager and if he can handle a player like Suarez.Originally posted by rcasemore View PostWell done for making this about the manager, every time with you it's so predictable.
If he can't do that then we need a stronger manager that can handle a player like Suarez if we decide to keep him.Stop the cyberhate

In terms of making statement after statement I'd rather have us not to do so as acting swiftly was imo right way of handling this **** up.
We certainly don't want to prolong this issue for too long and to me issuing statement after statement and "defending" Luis will only make things worse and imo will be very counterproductive.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Whether there is anything in it or not, the press will use this incident and these comments to make Suarez leaving this summer's transfer saga.Originally posted by Imy View PostThe only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

No Manager can handle Suarez. Facht.Originally posted by Arn View PostIf Rodgers can't handle Suarez then he isn't strong enough, it is as simple as that. So it is about the manager and if he can handle a player like Suarez.

The only way you can handle it is sell him on and make him someone else's problem......but tthe positives far outweigh his clearly bat**** mental side._____________________________________
