It is a kick in the bollix for every LFC supporters out there. But look sure the club will move on.

Surely after all this even arsenal must be considering withdrawing their bid!! What a ****, two years max till he wants to **** off again, I now have little doubt let that the bite was on purpose.

That article in the Guardian is laughable. He sounds deluded. Honestly. How can he say he did everything he could for us last season when he ****ing bit Ivanovic and got banned for the last four games? How can he say we will understand his position? **** off. So disappointed. Can't believe he's going out of his way this much to move to Arsenal. ARSENAL. What does that say about us?????

Arn, you're looking for conspiracy theories where there are none. As far as I recall, Sahin moaned because he wanted to play in a particular role, which Rodgers decided he had better players to fulfil. The Suarez situation is totally and utterly different. If you have no actual evidence please don't start another unfounded witch hunt against the owners, manager or Ian Ayre.

As one of those who has been saying for months that I didn't like Suarez and found his behaviour reprehensible, I can't say I'm remotely surprised by his utter lack of class and respect in this. The only person he gives the remotest **** about is himself. Wherever he goes, unless it's Real, he'll be agitating for another move as soon as he decides that he wants to win other trophies.

His behaviour against Chelsea now appears to leave us with two possible conclusions: either he's a psychotic arsehole who bites people for the hell of it, or he's a calculating psychotic arsehole who bites people because he wants to engineer an exit from the club. Neither looks particularly great on his CV. Nor does his self-pitying and clearly disingenuous moaning about the English media, given his apparent desire for a move to Arsenal.

We can't get shot of him fast enough, as far as I'm concerned. I'll stick my neck out and say that I think that the team unity will be far better without him, and we have a better chance of making top 4 as a result.

I just don't happen to believe everything that our owners or manager say. They will defend the club just as they should do and if it means lying then it is their job to lie.

Rafa probably lied a lot of times defending the club.
How come you are all over the clubs apparent lies yet dont consider that Suarez might be bull****ting? He's already lied this summer with the "I have to leave England" stuff.

Agree Dan. The club continues regardless of whatever he does. It is a shame that Gerrard had to pretty much beg him to stay. He isnt really worthy

Frankly, the sooner this fella is out of our club the better. **** Arsenal though, seriously there must be someone else out there with £40,000,002 to spend. Or maybe the fact that there doesn't seem to be, despite his wonderful ability on the pitch, speaks volumes in itself.
The whole article is a big come and get me plea. I doubt very much that Arsenal is his first option. Wouldn't surprise me if Real and PSG will make a bid now.

He has treated respected legends of this club with disdain. Honestly do not ever want to see him near that Liverbird ever again. Bridges burnt etc etc

Alright then, at least we'll make some progress on it one way or the other now. If all he wants is CL footy, well, I hear Makhachkala is lovely this time of year. Or if one of the Chelsea/City/Bayern/PSG/Real cabal want to come in for him, lovely. £35m, a transfer request, and be on your way. Go get Lamela and let's move on.

But under no ****ing circumstances is he going to Arsenal. If they're the only other option, then he can knuckle down and play here, sulk and play in the ressies, or **** off back to South America ala Tevez and enjoy not getting a paycheck. Any one of which I'm fine with at this point. But unless Wenger wants to pay £60m+, he's not going to Arsenal.

We're in a bind over this, especially if Real pay mega-bucks for Bale and rule themselves out of any (fanciful) bidding war. When Torres left he hadn't been the same player for a long time and was nowhere near his peak, so the £50mil we got was by far better end of the bargain. Suarez is firing on all cylinders yet we could get far less than we did for Torres simply because of the hassle that Suarez might bring.

Think Stevie was just doing the usual PR that a club captain has to do.

Anyways let's see how this plays out & hopefully some other clubs come calling.

Kenny and Gerrard both gone out on a limb for him. Seriously though, as a person, his missus or someone should have a word. In one of his interviews he talked about how his kids would view him and how he had to leave th country. Someone needs to teach the guy some morals and values. He is seriously lacking in the basics.

No matter how much we get for Suarez we won't be able to spend it to strengthen the team properly. The players we need to push us on with that money just won't come to us.

                                Very disappointing
