that might make sense if we only had english players playing in the prem, but if the fa "didn't agree" you'd still have players leaving to go and play in playoff matches and friendlies organized by the countries that they play for. that's a lot of missing players.

Thanks RedReetOriginally posted by RedReet View PostHe's absolutely class, isn't he?
Needs to stay away from penalties though.
Good work Mo.
Good shift by Luis and he was very unselfish yesterday (his corners and free kicks were excellent) and still could have 1 or 2 more from the open play.

Maybe the fixture congestion could help us at some point in time over our rivals who are playing in Europe? Just a thought.Originally posted by Mostar View PostThanks RedReet

I just hope he scores, couldn't care less if he celebrates....he won't be here beyond the summer anyway (IMO).Originally posted by rcasemore View PostIt will be interesting to see if he scores will he celebrate at the Emirates? I think he will and it would certainly put to bed any nagging doubts about his commitment to us (for this season anyway)"Its not about the long ball or the short ball, its about the right ball." Bender does.Originally posted by magicalbarnes View PostWho say's he's gonna leave?
Tbh, i agree with him. Even if we make 4th place, i still believe clubs HE sees as being a better option for him will try to sign him.
That's life, that's football.
I can dream however; that something miraculous will happen this season, that makes him believe he's at the correct place for his career, and that to play for the er...uh humm! Premier League Champions in the Champions league; having just won said title with the side he currently plays for, will be a better feeling than playing for say a side like Madrid.
