I doubt he'd move to Man Utd!

Media in Spain have been touting €15m for a while now, that's a fair price I think.Originally posted by rcasemore View PostAh close enough
. 16 league games and 4 this season is what I was basing it off. He's a decent enough but Madrid would likely want £20M or so for him and he's not worth that.
£8 - £10 M tops maybe but I very much doubt it would happen anyway.Vive la France

not worth £20 million based on recent displays. Real paid 30 million Euro for him and he has regressed since then & seems surplus to requirements there anyways.
Not a chance of less than 15 million Euro IMO. All top clubs that are being linked with him (yes Man united
) so he is clearly still held in very high regard. IMO a huge improvement for us, but not going to happen.

I'd go for a 6-month loan with an option to buy for £10m-12m in the summer if we cannot land Moreno in January.Originally posted by rcasemore View PostAh close enough

That would be a great line for us to take I think, we're just not going to be in the mix for Shaw and those 2 are probably the best options out there not including him. I doubt we'll get either, especially in January with us still having Cissokho and Enrique to come back but hopefully they're still available come the summer.Originally posted by Mostar View PostI'd go for a 6-month loan with an option to buy for £10m-12m in the summer if we cannot land Moreno in January.Vive la France

Cissokho loan deal will not be made permanent and Enrique is unlikely to stay the first choice so if we can arrange fair deal for Coentrao, Moreno or possibly Rodriguez (cannot see us in for Shaw) from Wolfsburg in this window we may go for it.Originally posted by Robbie-9-Fowler View PostThat would be a great line for us to take I think, we're just not going to be in the mix for Shaw and those 2 are probably the best options out there not including him. Left back is a position we need to look at either now or more likely in the summer.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

I was just talking about the January window and just hoping that the players haven't moved on come the summer when we're more likely to be in the market for a left back.Originally posted by Mostar View PostCissokho loan deal will not be made permanent and Enrique is unlikely to stay the first choice so if we can arrange fair deal for Coentrao, Moreno or possibly Rodriguez (cannot see us in for Shaw) from Wolfsburg in this window we may go for it.

As it stands I think we'll target a winger in Salah and a central player in Hughes, I don't really see us doing much more than that to be honest.
Keeping Suarez in the summer is key because even with all that money there isn't any stand out striker available and Sturridge just can't seem to stay fit.Vive la France

12 months old, but worth a watch. He apparently headbutted a ref when he was 15
