Well, in that case, his opinion was obviously far from what actually happened or what he predicted, so he was wrong.Originally posted by dom9 View PostIt's funny that any point of view that isn't agreed with on this forum results in the perpetrator being accused of losing it, wanting to make headlines, being a publicity seeker, or general cunt.

It was inexcusable. And indefensible. I would have sold him in the summer too. Look in this thread, lots of others thought the same. So what. It means nothing.Originally posted by Nigey View PostAnd his stance on Suarez was a tad bit dogmatic, such as, what he did was inexcusable blah blah blah. I like Didi, but he talks out of his arse at times - like most people!

How does it mean nothing? It's dogmatic reasoning and look what happened subsequently. He proved everybody that he can change and he's had the best season of his career!Originally posted by dom9 View PostIt was inexcusable. And indefensible. I would have sold him in the summer too. Selling him would have been a mistake. Simple as that. Are we winning?

It's only a mistake with the benefit of hindsight. Nobody could have predicted the run of form that Suarez has been on this stage. So maybe you're guilty of over simplifying things.Originally posted by Nigey View PostHow does it mean nothing? It's dogmatic reasoning and look what happened subsequently. In the summer, cashing in was a perfectly valid point of view.Oh I don't know.
