      .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

its a shame but it highlights the problems professional athletes face due to really hard training regimes and the physical pressures on their bodies.

Also doni is from that generation that where the club doctors used to use muscle building products like creatine which juve's doctors used on their players when they were at the top.

its not illegal but using chemicals to artifically enhance your body could cause all sorts of issues but im glad he's ok.

Not really as he's a goalkeeper. Just one of those things I guess. Good job they spotted it when they did though.

As for creatine, I've never seen any link between creatine and heart problems. It would make no sense at all. In fact it's the complete opposite. Creatine has actually been used to help people with heart problems (to strengthen the muscles).

thats if they were only taking creatine. Also creatine helps build muscle and we've all heard stories about pro athletes hearts being bigger than normal peoples. If you add creatine into the mix, with all the cardio that players do then its not such a massive leap to suggest that doping combined with intense exercise can lead to heart related problems.

but im not a doctor so who knows.

goalie training is still very intense - its not like they just turn up and do a few stretches and then straight into goal like on a sunday.

ive seen a pro goalie coach younger lads and its very hard work so they may not be able to run quite as much but their intensity levels are just a high imo. Ive tried it myself and im reasonably fit but i found it very hard going.

its very short bursts of intense work.

but what about for professional athletes who's heart muscles are already strong due to the amount of cardio they do ?

is it wise to make a 'delicate' muscle stronger when its already strong.

                no jokes please.

                    Seriously Matador

There is no side effects whatsoever that Creatine has. I studied it at great length, read many research papers on it etc. before I opted to take it myself. It's a substance that your body produces naturally and you can get creatine naturally in red meat.

The only side effect is that you instantly put weight on when your body becomes fully loaded with it (the loading phase involves having 4 x 5g doses of creatine taken over 5 days and then reverting to 5g a day) as your muscles are retaining more water. But that is the whole point of taking it!

Supposedly Roberto Carlos took it. I do not see how footballers can benefit from taking it. It gives you explosive energy which weight trainers need. But your muscles take that bit longer to recover from that extra energy burst which is not ideal for footballers IMO. I had a lot of issues in calf muscles when I was taking it. It is good **** though.

saj you need to careful with that sort of ****.

Might makes your calves look bigger but what if it damages your liver. Worse still what happens whrn it shrinks your cock like bodybuilders seem to suffer from.

You might end up with big calves but you can hardly stick those into the opposite sex eh and micro cocks aren't in fashion anymore.

On a more serious note be careful with those sorts of supplements.

Matty door. Have you actually read up on this very specific subject? Or is this just another one of your otherwise groundless opinions?
                        Oh I don't know.

We signed a player despite him having a heart attack in the medical?

Don't think his heart was in it.

Sorry, all jokes aside this is a very serious matter. Hope Doni is ok that's the main thing.
