Creatine temporarily causes blood pressure to increase. Were not talking about permanent high blood pressure which is hypertension. when its in the system blood pressure can increase. When its been used by the body and is no longer in the system the blood pressure can drop again.
What a load of drivel. I'm the one that's just had to explain to you that you've been talking about hypertension without realising it

Hypertension can be primary or secondary - prolonged use of something which elevates BP can cause hypertension. If you weren't talking about secondary hypertension then what the **** kind of BP related risk elevating mechanism were you talking about? Brief elevations in BP? You mean like you get during exercise only less?

Quit googling and admit you don't know what you're talking about. There's been a constant trickle of faeces from you all night, not just on this thread. Put a bung in it, dude!

Surely, you can't disagree with that.
Circular logic - as you said yourself, hypertension is a contraindication for using it

Do you think many elite footballers suffer from hypertension?

you've missed the point and I didn't know that saj was an elite footballer either. But thanks for sharing that with us.

They've been claiming that creatine is safe to use all the time which I didn't agree with. I've just given an example of where using creatine could be harmful.

          That's the truth.

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

I'm absolutely pissing myself reading the last few pages of this thread.
                Oh I don't know.

I have used creatine in the past for my running. If you skip out the loading phase and take a low dose as a daily supplement it allows you to train harder and recover quickly.
I had been injured and had committed to running a marathon and needed help to catch up in my training. It worked a treat. I know loads of people who use it for body building and it works wonders for that and they report no side affects.

Not one study has found Creatine to have any major side effect yet an individual on this forum has - heart attacks and shrinking dicks. I give up

Yup, give up before you give yourself hypertension.
                        Oh I don't know.

You mean you're gonna take some creatine, then get your ruler out?

Do we really need to see the evidence though?
                            Oh I don't know.
