Very lethargic performance but still should help those players with their fitness.

It's pre season and all that, but Hull are in the same boat, would like to see us show a bit more 2nd half.

Joe Cole seems utterly incapable of taking a simple touch to control the ball. Tricks only work in relation to the mastery of consistency and proper form... he needs to simplify his game and use his "arsenal" of flicks and bull**** in the proper context, if at all. Control the ball with your head up and move with it. Never seen him do this.

He's a shadow of the player he used to be.

We need to find the way to off load him.

To me, Cole's confidence looks shot. He really is a shadow of the player he used to be. Shame really - must be incredibly frustrating for him. If we do keep hold of him, I hope Kenny manages to give him a bit of confidence back, because if he can, he certainly has the ability to be a very good player for us

It's not confidence, he has no legs. He can barely run. He's always been wasteful in possession, but at least he had some pace which made him a bit dangerous when running at a player. Now, he's just ****.
