Thanjk you.

Do you really think our first team would take more confidence from beating Exeter 4/5-0 in the CC in a round they shouldn't even be in than beating Arsenal 2-0 at their own ground in the league?
I can understand the need to get them more games playing together, but I'd prefer our first team to concentrate on getting ready for Bolton.
The ones in bold could feature in this one I suppose
I hope Agger will be rested, Ngog will be off soon, I'd like to see Skrtel and Carra with Flanagan and Robinson in the defence, but there are so many available permutations that I can't really make my mind up. Right now something like this with three youngsters on the bench.
Doni
Flanagan
Carra
Skrtel
Robinson
Spearing
Shelvey
Maxi
Meireles
Henderson
Carroll
I'd play Meireles next weekend against Bolton so maybe give him 60 mins. now and replace Carroll at 60-70 mins. depending how things a going.
* The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.
a crap team, with a crap manager, at the lowest of the lows off the field as welll as on on it.
I really can't see it being the same this time round!
Under dalglish - we are a completley different side, well motivated, fans backing for everyone, board backing etc etc - everyone pulling in the same direction
The northampton game had...
the crowd booing hodgson
the crowd booing hicks and gillette
the crowd laughing at how ****e some of those players are
Plus we are in a position this time round were are 'youngsters' that i'd expect to play - Flannagan/robinson etc are all more experienced now and have played much bigger games...
And both the youngsters and the more senior players will be wanting to prove that they should be starting - it's an early chance for them to show Kenny what they can do.
So for me - the following should not be considered at all
Reina - not need to play/risk him and great chance for Doni to get his first game
Agger - important first teamer, with injury issues - shouldn't feature
Kelly - has had some injury issues, and is standout right back at moment - plus ideal opportunity to give flannagan more game time
Enrique - only 'experienced/fit' left back we have - should not be risked - plus ideal opportunity to give robinson more gave time
Downing - been one of genuinue attacking threats in both games and shouldn't be risked
Suarez - rest him to get him fresh for the league.
So taking them away - they I would argue are either key/shouldn't be risked at all - but we are still left with plenty to choose from
I've left Carra and Lucas out of the above as those two just seem capable of playing every game.
I'd actually like to see Skrtel given a chance to command a defence - pairing him with Wisdom would be interesting. Or Wilson (is he still at the club?).

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

I think one of those two will start along side an experienced centre back presumably Skrtel.
