Can't believe so many think we could do without another forward. Madness. If Luis gets crocked or injured, would you really want to rely on Carroll and dirk to get the goals? They are both capable and I think Carroll will certainly get amongst them soon. But with one injury it leaves you with few options from the bench. I'd actually try and bring in 2 forwards. The more the better. You only have to look at the scum as the blueprint for this, how many attacking options do they have? Rooney, welbeck, berba, Hernandez and Owen. That's before you throw in the likes of young and Nani. Yes they have Europe which means more games. I just worry that with a bit of bad luck and we could be left with dirk on his own, how many would hand on heart would expect that to work out well? We've been down that route before.
I expect Kenny will sort something in the next few days, with someone replacing ngog, post aimed at those that think we could go to Jan with only 3 forwards. It would be less than acceptable if I was being polite and complete ****ing madness if I'm not.
