Thanjk you.

DM right now is the thinnest position. I agree a player capable of playing CM and DM would be ideal; is it possible that Conor Coady is that player? Also we probably need another player for the hole behind the striker as we really only have Gerrard, Suarez, and Hendo for that position. Probably the most abundant position in the game, KD and DC ought to be able to find a gem in the price range. A proper right winger would probably be our last real need. Eden Hazard, obviously.
The striker situation is interesting. Dirk will probably get a lot of games there this year. It looks like KD thinks Suarez can lead the line himself. Carroll, hopefully he performs, but KD will have a problem on his hands if he doesn't. If we add another striker, that probably leaves Bellamy out in the cold and he's signed a two year deal, right? I would speculate that one of those four players will not be on the books on Sept 1, 2012.
I would say that we have passed on Cahill, unless we are back in for him in January. Would be difficult to sign him on a free if he makes it that far considering our owners are very wage conscious. But Agger's fitness does leave question marks over our centre-half needs. Hopefully, the Dagger will have an excellent season playing 40+ games and we wont have to talk about it, and then we can just concentrate on upgrading Skrtel.
Looking at the squads released today, we only have 19 senior players with 6 foreign-trained spots remaining. Of course we have youngsters that play 1st team football, but you know what I mean. On this evidence, would suggest we are a bit thin squad wise.
That said, I still think this squad can take a top 4 place even if Arse and Spurs recover and have good seasons.
Going on his sharpness for Wales tonight I wouldn't be surprised if Bellamy makes a lot more appearances for us than people may expect.
I tend to agree, he's an intelligent and versatile player who should fit pretty well into our current system & style.
As for what we're missing, we have a generally well balanced and solid squad now. Genuine quality in creative / attacking areas would seem to be the place the squad could perhaps improve, although we do have a number of genuinely talented young players coming through who might be troubling the first team sooner or later; out of Adorjan, Sterling and Suso there would seem to be a good chance at least one really will make the grade.
Also with the likes of Coady, Wisdom, Robinson & Flannagan seemingly having a lot of potential too, for the first time in ages I'd say we've got a reasonable hope of filling several gaps in the squad that might appear over the next couple of seasons with players already at the club.

Mine angry and defrauded young?
I honestly don't think we're missing much at all. The obvious exception is a lack of creativity in the final 3rd. If Luis were to get injured we could really struggle so a back up type striker / attacking midfielder who can change a game would be ideal.
I would like to see Eden Hazard signed asap. Other than that, a player here and a player there to compliment what we already have as compared to Mostar's shopping list is how I expect things to pan out in the future
