Someone needs to tell me why we dropped off Brighton for the whole of the second half and did no pressing. It was no surprise to see the embarrassing possession stat.

I know my problems can be easily argued by looking at the result, but tbh I expect better against a team like Brighton.

Some on here must be on anti depressants, moan after a defeat, moan after a draw, moan after a win. We won in normal time, we are through to the next round and Gerrard is back. These games are never played at massive intensity by premier league teams, its just the way it is and we still should have had 5 in the first half. Job done.
