I think Pepe is suffering a little due to our defensive frailities. He is used to the defence being organised and playing well. He also had a double hernia operation in the close season. I wonder if this is affecting him in any way, maybe he is playing with some discomfort

Something else that bothers me is our defending. One clean sheet all season, and that includes games against Exeter and Brighton. Poor stuff. We're still a soft touch too often, conceding a high percentage of chances given away. Too many teams score with their first/only attack against us while we often need 15-20 shots on goal to score one.

Agree with Kenneth and Zapater about Adam. He will be a very useful squad player and a great cover. But I just dont see him being a regular starter.

He should either up his defensive contribution, which I will be surprised if it happens at this stage in his career, or take his attacking play to the next level.

I agree that Adam is the most worrying link. In the Arsenal game he looked to have a good understanding with Lucas and the back four defensively but since then that unit has been quite poor (I accept we dominated Bolton but they have been terrible this season).
