    Man Utd Build Up

To save other threads getting hijacked with formations, etc.

    12.45pm kickoff on a Saturday again. 15th October 2011.

Hopefully will see Gerrard start, he's been looking mean and keen. And a surprise call up for Agger who is in light training, though Skrtel deserves to keep his place at the moment.

Concern about Suarez who is yet again jetting off to South America for qualifiers.

I am praying Rio is fit to play.

He's (Cleverley) been a standout performer for them, but has been found wanting in the defensive stakes. Him and Anderson should allow us to pass through their midfield all afternoon long until they throw on fresh legs in the form of, shock horror, Father Time Giggs.

On a related note, Smalling and Vidic may be ready for the game against us. Again, don't mind all these players coming into their first game back being a heated derby. Mistakes galore.

Your prayers are answered, and I'll raise you a halo that Phil Jones and Evans are also likely to feature. Happy days.

I wonder if Agger / GJ will be fit?
            Oh I don't know.

I'm way to confident here! Just think they match up horrendously v Gerrard and Lucas which is the most vital area of the pitch.

Manure have obvious strengths which is why they are top. These are: Young, Nani and Rooney. That's it. However, you'd be surprised how many defenders will constantly fu*k up around these three (see Basle game) when all they have to do is concentrate a little.

I just hope we avoid injuries on international duty.

I guess there is a decent chance of Gerrard starting this one, given he's played half an hour in the derby and will have a couple of weeks off
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Nervous for this one already FFS

It just makes such a huge difference to our target for this season, win and we are right amongst it, and will have had a great start to the season. Lose and it's an average start.

                      ------------Reina------------
Kelly--Carra--Skrtel--Enrique (Agger for Skrtel if fit)
                      Kuyt--Gerrard--Lucas--Bellamy
                      -----Suarez-------Carroll

Massive game, a win would seriously make a statement & pulls United right back towards us.

solid away side that. My only slight concern is that it will miss Carrolls aerial presence.

Good lineup if everybody is healthy and fully match fit.

Do worry about Suarez as he'll have 2 difficult games in the short time frame and it is possible that Kenny may not feature him right away but bring him later if needed.

Also don't think Bellamy will start if he plays for Wales.

Poxy international games can have such a negative impact when players come back, very annoying.

                              We're playing at home mate.
                              Are we winning?
