agreed 60 minutes or so with Gerrard behing Carroll with the last 30 with Suarez coming on.

De Gea has looked suspect on both crossing and shots from distance, we need to be working him hard from the get go.

I doubt that very much. In the majority of games v them at our place over the last decade or so, we've torn into them from the first whistle. Did exactly that under Kenny last season and destroyed them. If it was away I'd have zero confidence but at our place I fancy us to give them another hiding.

I think with 2 weeks of training at Anfield I could definitely see Gerrard Starting this one, We need to do something to counterbalance the fact that SUarez will prob not start due to his schedule. Although he will be well ****ed off if he doesnt start.

I would also be tempted to start Bellamy depending on his knees.

I see what you're saying but IMO Kuyt and Bellamy offer a dogged work rate & tempo on either side of the pitch. Kuyt & Bellamy will run all day (Kuyt a wee bit slower than Bellamy )
