****ing hell, that is sick. And sums up the problems the families have been fighting against for two decades. That makes me angry, imagine someone who's lost their son or daughter and just wants some answers waking up to read they are conducting conspiracy theories and have no dignity. But sadly, they are used to it, theres plenty more scum where he came from.

and that's from a "well respected" judge. Frightening the level of ignorance that is still around about not only Hillsborough but also Hysel (an example he used here) and other tragic disasters.

I hope from the debate that took place on Monday it will at least open peoples eyes a bit and realise there is more than what is casually reported as fact in newspapers and that those in positions of power also make statements of fact purely for their own self preservation

Probably hoping for too much though!
