    two things.

    1. it's coming from Evra thus likely to be utter ****
    2. luis barely speaks any english, yet he knows the N word

as said above Evra should get punished for pathetic allegations

Will Evra be punished when Suarez is cleared? Cause what he's saying is worse in my book. He's doing no good for any player actually being the subject of racial abuse.

Interesting point. I'd be surprised if he knows the f word too.
        Oh I don't know.

          Denied by the club:

"The first anyone at Liverpool knew about these allegations was when Kenny Dalglish was called into the referee’s room about 20 minutes after the game.

“We have since checked with Luis Suarez and he categorically denies using any language that could be interpreted in that way.”
I could not dig, I dared not rob:
Therefore I lied to please the mob.
Now all my lies are proved untrue
And I must face the men I slew.
What tale shall serve me here among
          Mine angry and defrauded young?

He should definately be punished for accusing Suarez so strongly, Suarez might even have a case for a lawsuit IMO if Evra doesn't take this back, this is no little thing he is saying. The FA need to take a look at this if Evra is going around accusing various players of this.

I'l stand by Suarez until proven otherwise and won't speculate what happens if it's true.
            * The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

Well, Evra says the Ref heard it too, so should'nt be too hard to confirm if he's telling the truth or not.

If the ref says he did'nt hear it, then that's part of his story disproven.

Surely if the referee heard it Suarez would have been sent off?
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

You'd think so. But do we know what was actually said, was it an english racist word or a foreign one ? I have no idea tbh, we're all assuming it was the N word, but i expect there are other racist comments/words around the world.

But yes, if the ref heard him say the N word you'd think he'd be off, unless the ref had some odd reason for waiting and reporting it later.

If it was said in a language that the ref doesn't understand he's not much use as a witness.

So long as he remembers the word he heard and can repeat it. No problem finding out/confirming what it then means.

That's probably a big if, it would probably be very easy to claim a defence of the referee had mis-remembered or mis-heard, and that a different word (with a different meaning) had been said. I think that they'd need TV evidence to prove it.

I read that Evra claimed that Suarez said the word at least 10 times, so if that's true, then you would imagine the TV cameras must have caught it at least once.

All depends on the word used imo.

Aye i saw 10 times, if he's done it then there will surely be some sort of evidence, i'm just waiting for one of Evra's team mates to jump in with "i heard it too".

Someone's said that Evra has done this before and it was lies, when was this and what happened?

He's accused a Chav security/groundsman iirc, not sure who the other accusation was against but i think there is another.

The chav one was alleged to have happened during warm down at The Bridge, and apparently resulted in punch/punches being thrown i think.

As far as it being 'lies', well it was unproven, but if it was proven to be 'lies', why was'nt Evra punished for telling fibs ? Accusing someone of this crime is as bad as the offence itself if your making it up imo.

I'm sure before this has run it's course, we'll have lip reading experts having their say at some point.

Didn't he accuse Steve Finnan a few years ago (when Finnan played for us)
