Not having a pop based on those 10 minutes. We're still waiting for Carroll to show more than what he's done so it's hardly unfair.

to be fair to him the service has been pretty **** to him.

gerrard played a peach of a ball that carroll probably wasnt expecting because he's used to crap service from the wide areas. But gerrard unleashed could be just what carroll needs.

Well he needs to show more when he's given game time. He started a few games but he's been poor.

He was about a foot away from winning us the game, via a paltry 10 minute cameo.

He looked more like winning us the game than everyone else, aside from Suarez.

He was not the only one who could have won us the game though was he? My main problem with him is that we look to play it long when he plays. Either it's because his movement is poor or it has been the way players have been instructed to use him which i find hard to believe. I hope he proves me wrong i really do.

Maybe if he'd had 20-25 mins, he would've scored.

Looked ****ing brilliant. Loads of Norwich fans applauded it and sang along with the 'JFT96' chant. Also when Steve Rotheram was introduced pre-match, the Norwich players were warming up right in front of me and almost all of them gave generous applause, led by Marc Tierney who really seemed to mean it. Well done all at Norwich City.
