I think it's a case of squad rotation if players like Henderson are to develop they need game time, so it's a case of picking the games that suit each particular player. I think this game would perhaps suit Henderson more than Kuyt, but at the moment when the big games come around I'd have Kuyt in the team for those as he's a big game player.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

I'd be doing the same with Coates and Skrtel. This would be good game to get Coates some game time alongside Agger.

I can see why it's tempting, but I think that because of the danger of mistakes at centre back it's unlikely we'll see that for a while, I suspect we'll start giving Coates (and other centre backs when the time comes) PL game time from the bench, when we're a couple of goals up.
