Good find. Kenny Dalglish is why I like football and support Liverpool. That game v. Spain is among the first I remember watching and really understanding the game, and Kenny was just different class.

I mean...now I care massively about LFC while my interest in football generally has waned a bit. It's definitely LFC first, but when you're a kid surely you have to fall in love with football first?
Yeah, same for me. Used to love football in general immensely, would watch any game going. Now, unless we're playing or the result has a bearing on us, I'm rarely interested.

I love Liverpool and I like football.

Its a bit like being with the love of your life - you still see the pretty girl walking by, but thats it. If that makes sense?

It rather we won against Fulham than Denmark won the World Cup - and I really mean that.

Istanbul was the greatest night ever, and I couldnt get that joy from watching any other side.

I was invited to an indoor game last weekend. I didnt accept the invitation before I had made sure I could still make it home for the QPR game.

I like Fifa, FM and footie on the tv - but only if related to LFC can it affect my mood...

I used to love football, I would watch every game that was televised. Now I love Liverpool more. If Liverpool FC ceased to exist, I would probably never watch football again. Well I wouldn't go out of my way to watch it - if I was at home, I'd put it on if nothing else was on TV.

well. i can see my gf only (mostly) during the weekend. and when she comes, i'm with her at her place, but when lfc games comes on i go home, just so I can watch it in "peace" (and even if she comes to my place, it's the same, she got use to it, haha).

              yes, defo LFC fan first

but on the other hand i love CL football during the week. only if it's not Barca BUT when there was Rangers vs LFC friendly game on 18th of October, i watched that game instead of CL, so, that makes me LFC fan again.

              fan vs football: 2-nil

I knew about LFC before I knew about football. When your younger and its the only team a large family supports. I didnt really have a choice.

I love Liverpool, but football fascinates me. So I guess that's where I am.

Liverpool first. I used to watch a lot of football when I was younger, serie A, la liga, the national team. Now it's all Liverpool and only the national team when they play in the world cup or european cup, no qualifying games.

Football first, LFC second. I say this because I'll watch a good footy match regardless of who's playing. That being said, I don't get emotional over any side other than LFC.

LFC first but I watch a lot of football other than our games. In a way I'm addicted a bit

My sons can't be arsed with football, but maintain an interest in Liverpool mainly because I do. The older one will watch a Liverpool game with me, but thats about it. The younger one prefers FIFA on the Playstation.

I can speak for myself - but as a 5 year old, i distincly remem, ber seeing King Kenny score this goal in the European final

I just remember seeing the Red, White and Yellow flags and just stopping in my tracks - from that moment forward starting to watch football...

I still get goose bumps yet from thinking of that moment...

So, for me, LFC 1st and football second

I began playing football at the age of 5 so that was my first love. I started supporting Liverpool at the age of 7. Played for my local team for 11 years but I wouldn't have been able to keep up my enthusiasm without trying to emulate (obviously failing to) some of the Liverpool stars over the years.

I've given up on playing these days but my love for Liverpool is the reason I've been able to keep up my love for football. Long story short, Liverpool first, football second!

Football would mean nothing to me without LFC.
