Would be interesting to see Kelly RB and Johnson RM. No point in changing a winning formula though but a possibility of experiment when we are hit by injuries on the right side perhaps.

True, but you'll never score from every shot. The point is we put 2 away today.

The commentary before the game on my stream said Villa had the worse record in the PL for conceding goals from corners and we got both that way so I'm not trying to gloss over anything and say that we are perfect but we did the job comfortably today and we just haven't done that this season against the 'lesser' teams.

Too many times we dropped points in similar type of games, which was my main point but I see where you coming from.

Good performance all round today. Enrique and johnson were IMO outstanding. Good going forward, solid defensively. Bellamy had a good first half too. I was sure this was the game we were going to hand out a spanking but again a game we should have won 5,6 or 7 nil ended only 2-0. Over Xmas Wigan Blackburn and Newcastle - one of these will be on the end of a big beating I'll bet.

Very happy with the win, we're so good on the road it's weird.

We could do with some more creativity, the link to Ozil is encouraging as he'd be ideal.

Downing was poor again, doesn't seem to offer anything at the moment as an attacking threat. Hope he gains some confidence and comes back stronger.

Piss easy win, controlled throughout and played the 2nd half like a training game. Would've been nice to improve the GD a bit more but Suarez unlucky.


Good to see usual suspects giving the usual "good win but it's cos they were **** and [insert slagging off our own players comment]..." Unbelievable.

Onto Wigan and a good chance to string a good run of consecutive wins together.
