      I'm not happy, I'm just pointing out that people are very keen to jump on him as soon as he makes a mistake, but he gets no praise when he does well. Is it any wonder he has no confidence. He's been involved in some of our best moves today, but as soon as he does something poorly everyone slags him off.
      The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
