Downing, yeah, well, not impressed. Although I don't buy all the "Maxi is the saviour" stuff either, yeah he is much more of a threat in front of goal, but we've played pretty poorly with him in the team at times, and he can be quite anonymous in some games. Though compared to Downing today anyone would have done really. [Arn]Sterling?[/Arn]
Personally I'm not too disappointed with the selection, individual errors let us down badly today, Reina for the first goal, marking from a set piece for the second, and well, either Skrtel or the ref for the third. None of that is the manager's fault imo.I could not dig, I dared not rob:
