It would appear it was. Rumours are they are preparing to file for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Protection if they fail to raise funds from their digital patents.

Not really. I don't know anyone who went to business school, but plenty of people who talk like this.

That said, that sentence does what it says on the tin.
                Oh I don't know.

Acting as the Club’s official print and document management partner Konica Minolta will help the team develop brand affinity through engagement with supporters.

Ian Ayre, Managing Director, Liverpool Football Club, said: “We are excited about working with a brand that has such an innovative and fresh approach to business solutions and the Club will provide Konica Minolta with significant brand visibility and access to our supporter base.”

Neil Dingley, Konica Minolta’s Operations Director & Company Secretary added: “Our partnership with LFC supports our corporate vision of developing long-term partnerships that optimise mutual profitability as we will be able to improve efficiencies and reduce operational costs associated with managing print and document management for the Club. At the same time, we will be able to raise our own profile in the B2B arena as the market leader.”
