There does seem to be a lot less "insider" information than when Ged was around. I think Rafa is very clever with his transfer dealings and the information he puts out. Someone seemed to always know who the 3 players Ged had earmarked for a position were, not so anymore. His only trick was that Zidane was after buying a house on Merseyside!
To be fair the assumed "lack of inside info" leaking out these days can only be a good thing for the club. Most of us love a bit of insider info but ultimately, if the club really are keeping things under wraps to such a great extent, then it only benefits the club....which, naturally, in turn benefits all of us!
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

That's how I've felt for a long time. There was always a weird contradiction on KT between congratulating our top brass on conducting transfer business out of the media's glare and nevertheless wanting to know what they were up to. It's like wanting lots of surprises for Christmas yet still wanting to peak in the wardrobe to see what you've got.
There is a difference between cynicism and sarcasm, and Fagan's post was defo sarcastic.
If you don't know who somebody is then ask a few polite questions, no need for a smart ass post like that straight off. But you apologised so enough said!!
thank god you're ok with it

Really want us to sign Kuyt now, been thinking about it and one thing that is clear is that as well as his skills with the ball at his feet, he is also good in the air. With the purchase of Pennant yesterday and the earlier arrival of Gonzalez, along with with Kuyt and Crouchy to aim for, good quality, accurate crosses into the box could become a very fruitful exercise! Although dare I say it, I do think Crouch needs to improve with his head a little. Nothing too dramatic, just find more consistency in hitting the target and really making the keeper work with his headers on goal.
