Find it strange that anything said would reduce him to tears to be honest. But I don't neccessarily subscribe to the notion that this - if it is racist abuse from a fan - will cause irreparable damage to our reputation. On the contrary, it will be a chance to show that the club is 100% committed to fighting racism by dealing with the guilty parties in the strongest manner possible (life time ban most likely, provide evidence to the police for prosecution).
