I think Henderson's future role is as an attacking midfielder; he has a great first touch, his vision is brilliant, but he does lack that 'bite' for the real centre of the park. He does find some great little pockets of space and was unlucky not to release Downing a moment a go.

Evans looks to be man-marking Carroll - he's following him all over the pitch. There would definitely be room for Bellamy (or pace) to exploit behind him as an option in the second half.

One thing we lack as a side IMO is out and out pace, with only Suarez and Bellamy providing it.

It's a valid point; Carragher seems to be backing off the attacker, as if he is the last line of defence, when he would be better pressuring the ball and trusting that he has a defensive line behind him if he is beaten.
