he was poor. there was a moment in the first half when he nicely twisted and turned away from 2 players and then went backwards!

enriques habit of backing into people rather than playing the ball came back to bite him on the arse. I think his bombing up and down the pitch has masked over a lot of his bad habits. needs a rest.

We got away with effectively playing with 10 men for over an hour, so kudos to the boys, especailly those that played in midweek. Hopefully this puts the kybosh on further calls for Carragher to 'play' in midfield - only those aging players that are actually good at football can play there.
