Bit laughable that people are criticising players this early into pre season.....

Jack Robbo's touch was of for instances, but it doesn't make him ****. Could be any number of reasons this early. He's played in the prem a couple of times and in both games his touch was first rate.

ok just seen mostars sterling and suso clips.......well simply put LFC have 2 amazing talents in these players

From what I can gather from the posts here, we seem to have an identifiable playing style in the making and a lot of players that are capable of playing it.

I think it will be easier for the younger lads to adapt and they look to be quick and full of energy and can learn..

Carra may find it harder and have to change some of his habits..

It will suit Johnson and Enrique who play that type of game anyway but it does seem a very quick, intense style..

Anyone know our final possession stats? Think it was 71% in the first half - I thought we slipped into BR's style quite nicely. Some lovely possession football.

Ye but I would make it 3 - Sterling, Suso & Pacheco were the stand out players imo...

Pacheco showed some good stuff, but the first half team was poor so I found it difficult to judge his performance.

It was never going to be a big issue adapting to his style of football, apart maybe from the fitness element in pressing high up the pitch, but we were doing that anyway under Rafa.

People have made it out as if it was a revolution.

Both suso and sterling are already better than joe cole so why not sell cole and promote those two into the first team squad proper.

At most cole would be a sub anyway so why not just have sterling as a sub. He looked very good when he came on.
