It's been a shakey week for Allens and Allans at our club; one has left permanently, the other on loan to Hertha Berlin! Great move, hopefully he gets lots of playing time in Bundesliga.
Allegedly he's there for a week on trial with a view to staying for the season.
Liverpool’s young Brazilian Allan Rodrigues could move to Hertha Berlin on loan for the season, that’s if their manager Pal Dardai is suitably impressed.
The 19-year-old is currently training with the Bundesliga outfit, who finished seventh last term, in a bid to prove to Dardai he’s good enough for a campaign in Germany.
Allan has enjoyed stints at Finland with SJK and Belgium with Sint-Truden since arriving from Internacional in a bid to win a work-permit, but this test will be by far the toughest.
So far, Dardai likes what he can see!
“My first impression is good. He is a player for the future, we’ll have a look at him. He also shoots like a horse,” he told Bild.
The Bild report says that Klopp personally called Dardai and advised him to take the playmaker on loan. The Hungarian agreed and will check Allan out first hand for a week with a view to signing him for the season.
I could not dig, I dared not rob:

Mine angry and defrauded young?
Taiwo Awoniyi about to join NEC Nijmegen on loan. They're Dutch top tier, managed by another former BVB coach, Klopp's friend and youth development specialist.
Speaking to German publication Bild, Dardai admitted that he had contacted general manager Michael Preetz to push for a loan move for Allan.
“I told the manager that I would very much like to see Allan in our team and that I would love to work with him,” Dardai explained.
“For a 19-year-old he is bright, has vision, energy and game intelligence.
“He has responded very quickly even with turnovers, and is incredibly fast in action.
“[He’s] a really good guy, and he has also a tremendous shot.”
