Well we are losing at a reasonable consistent rate at the moment, lost 60% of last 10 games.

I think the point is he got us to within a cunt hair of the title under some of the worst, most oppressive owners in football history and was able to build our best side for 20 years (not withstanding European glory, which we are miles away from at the moment). So it stands to reason that some believe he'd be capable of taking us all the way under good, stable owners with funds. There's nothing complicated about it. I understand people wanting someone completely new, in the event of there being a vacancy, I totally get that, but it's surely not difficult to understand the opposing view.

He'd be my choice in the event of Kenny going and my own personal guess is that FSG won't stand for much more of this. They're the only ones who count.

Proof is with the Downing / Carroll thing. We've apparently signed Downing to supply the ammo for Carroll but how many times have they played together? Or how many minutes on the pitch have they had together?

Gerrard is playing too deep.
Adam is ****e.
Spearing is an okay squad player but should't be playing every week.
Henderson & Downing get stuck on the right when they're clearly not right-sided players.
Our best defender this season is forced to the left side of the backline to accommodate someone who should be fourth choice CB.
Maxi has been bombed.

It certainly looks like Kenny is a man without a plan. Kind of making it up as he goes along.

theres no real pattern of play.

we dont have a clear vision of what to do with the ball. We try and play like barcelona but we cant hold onto the ball and our players like suarez and kuyt cant actually play one touch two touch football. Enrique is a donkey who can run quickly but his touch is shocking. You could say the same of kuyt, suarez and carroll all of whom are technically poor. You cant play that sort of touch football with such inferior players.

even under hodgson we had a clear albeit twisted and outdated idea about how to go about our game. Under kenny the players constantly get in each others way. Theres no real urgency to stretch the game and get the fullbacks pushing on. Players move all over the place, leaving huge gaps for the opposition to exploit.

I want rafa back. like kenneth i agree the cups are worthless. I want to be in the champions league playing the best teams in the world. Rafa could do it.

They were not this bad and no way near as bad as we have been since the turn of the year.

Winning the cups is not much better than what Souness did with us, it is way below what we need.

Love the head in the sands merchants.....the cups are our salvation an all....the league is our barometer and we have been abysmal....spent a lot of money on rubbish.....our league form is a disaster....the money spent... the cups have saved Dalglish's hide...awful league campaign
