I think it's important to make a distinction - we create lots of pressure and have lots of attacks that break down at the age of the 18 yard box, but we don't create buckets of clear cut chances on a regular basis.

Lecter doesn't believe that, he thinks we miss tap ins on a constant basis.

Its in front of goal, in all the time I've watched LFC (over 35 years) I've never seen a side as wasteful as this

I've seen sides that dont create chances, cant defend, are tactically clueless, are boring to watch/ too cautious but I've NEVER seen a side as profligate as this

Dare i say it, what if The Bodge had 100 odd million to spend? That has to be taken into account too.

We have not progressed enough under Kenny even when splashing the cash. It just hasn't worked

Our play is the final third is awful, our decision making, final ball and finishing are all abysmal!

I'm afraid that Carling Cup victory and semis of FA Cup will only mask the big gaps and lack of quality that is glaringly obvious in our starting 11.

The cup (we only have one remember) won't be masking anything, don't you worry about that.

We had no problem scoring goals last season under Kenny, our woeful finishing has coincided with the arrival of Downing, Adam, Henderson and the sidelining of Maxi and sale of Meireles. A coincidence ?? Not for me.

Might as well stick to a formation from now until the end of the season which we are going to look to play next year so at least we have some familiarity and tactical awareness of what is required

Get some of the youngsters in and around the 1st team and maybe blood a few from the bench
