      Again there, we see Carroll doesnt have the hunger or instinct needed - the ball across the near post, he should be there ahead of the defender to tap in.

      **** me, a finisher would've had a hat trick for us by now. The service is there, we're getting joy down the right, we're creating, but we cant convert.

          Agree. Dont you think we also seem to lack a leader though? Nobody is getting the team together, be it on the pitch or in the dugout. A few years ago, it didnt matter if we went down, we always came back to win.

                He did alright with the loose ball in the end, but you;re right, he was marked and didn't do nearly enough to burst across the goal to meet it.

                      We lack leadership but it wouldnt matter half as much if we converted chances. Leadership comes into play more when the chips are down and if we converted chances, heads and confidence would be up.
