We should have had a penalty and they should be down to 10 men, but they got a good goal but our heads have dropped and we've been very poor since. Carroll did well in the opening 20 mins or so but has been quiet since, the same could be said for the whole team to be fair.

We definitely do create, but i just never feel like we will score. I dont even jump up any more because I know we'll mess it up!

If you remember Fowler or Rush, imagine them on the end of those chances.

Ergo, a finisher makes a massive difference. It doesnt send us to utopia, but it makes a huge difference when it comes to amassing points.

someone at some point needs to come up with a strategy for what we.should be.doing as a team when we dont have the ball. newcastle has plenty.of time on the.ball and not one of our.players is pressing it.

started well carroll should have scored instead fell over his clown feet............... since then we have given up and bellamy seems very subdued......newcastle well in control

They should have had a penalty ~6 mins, Carroll should have had a penalty before he threw himself to the floor. They should be down to 10 for the handball on the line.

Same all same again.

Created few very good goal scoring chances and failed to convert again.

Clear penalty wasn't called and soon afterwards got punished from single decent chance which wasn't really the chance but the conversion was top notch.

Our midfield is ****e (we miss Lucas as he would never ever allow Ben Arfa that much space during that cross) and Carroll's dive is absolute disgrace.

He had an empty net as Krul already committed himself and he only needed to strike the ball...

Terrible disappointing but really nothing new.

Keep waiting to see some positive stuff and get more frustrated each and every time..

We're a **** show craig and only a blind man would have any other view. unless you're happy with mid-table mediocrity, we look to be headed nowhere else.

we've been average since Christmas. we look really disorganised and have done pretty much all season. tactically naieve. opposition dont really have a lot to worry about from us & that shows in recent results. no one fears us anymore. its depressing.

Jay Spearing is awful! Seriously.. Walked by for the first goal.. half a drop of the shoulder in the Newcastle half and he was sent packing too. No position sense, its painful.

Gerrard has been anonymous and Bellamy's decision making has been poor too.

Carroll started like a man possessed, bottle went, he dived, got caught.

We're poor.
