Klopp is another one who supposedly fits the sabermetrics philosophy which brought us top top players in the summer.
    Are we winning?

We never used that model in the summer, we went for Kenny's choices.

FSG, through Werner and Henry have already admitted that there isn't really the scope for sabermetrics in football as there is in baseball, so you're heading down a dead-end by trying to pin the blame on our woeful recruitments and dismal league campaign on the stattos.

I don't tend to believe what they say in interviews.

They could hardly say the man given the job was 2nd, 3rd, or 4th choice.

I don't trust FSG to make the right decision either way, hence I'm 50/50. They haven't got anyone other than Comolli and Ayre to talk to. I don't trust either of them to offer a balanced appraisal of the positives and the negatives of the season and how we should go about addressing them.

That man ideally should be Kenny, but he's the manager.

Let me clarify. They don't always not tell the truth. But I can't work out which is which.
Also there are many very good reasons for not being 100% honest in their position

There are few more that I'd consider.

Bielsa or Van Gaal would be on my list as well

Klopp ruled himself out last summer as he promised Borussia that he will stay at least one more year to see what they can do in CL and if they can win Bundesliga twice in a row.

Managers who speak no english dont have a great record in the premier league.

He was the fans choice. Hopefully he will end the season with 2 trophies.

But its the league that matters and im certain the owners will bring in their own man in the summer

I'd also stay away from Van Gaal, he seems to piss off everybody wherever he goes.
                          We come not to play.

My guess is that they will chat to Klinsmann as he is in their back yard so to speak, hopefully he will suggest someone else citing his committment to team USA.

My understanding is that he speaks English but he is not great.

That said, I think all managers should be measured on their successes and skill set.

See this video of his tactical abilities.

He won CL, Uefa Cup, 3 League titles with Ajax, 2 with Barca and 1 with Bayern.

Pretty good CV by most standards and I'd consider him for the job if the position becomes available.
