Don't be a ****, you know what I'm asking. Did you really think we played so badly today? Poor infront of goal and some structural issues in midfield but overall that was not a bad performance I saw today.I could not dig, I dared not rob:
Therefore I lied to please the mob.
Now all my lies are proved untrue
And I must face the men I slew.
What tale shall serve me here among
Mine angry and defrauded young?

Aye, that's a horrible stat.Originally posted by Mostar View Post

That is just terrible and it cannot be justified in any way.I could not dig, I dared not rob:

Looking at performance is absolutely pointless now, it doesn't matter one bit. The only thing left is to salvage a bit of pride and dignity, we'll only do that by winning.Originally posted by MrMichael View PostDon't be a ****, you know what I'm asking. Why is it? Kenny might go in the summer, but many of the players won't. If you want to depress yourself by repeatedly posting "kenny must go" for the next 2 months then fine, but find me one sane individual who thinks it should happen right now? What would be the point? In fact, I think Kenny is too selfless to quit now even though he might well want to, he'll stay till the summer then we can bring in a replacement seemlessly and in orderly fashion. He can still go out with an FA cup final win to restore some pride. Meanwhile we as fans can also have some pride and discuss what we actually watch each game, or else we can further depress ourselves by discussing something that is essentially pointless until the last kick of the season.Originally posted by cream View PostLooking at performance is absolutely pointless now, it doesn't matter one bit. I for one thought we played well for most of the game today, we controlled it more or less from start to finish, but was once again let down by our players ability to finish a chance. Kuyt and Suarez missed some big chances. We simply need to many chances to score goals, and that is not good enough. I wish we would get a more clinical striker and some better finishers coming from the inside forward position.
I was particularly pleased with the last 10-15 minutes, finally the players gave an effort untill the end, and perhaps this is a small turning point mentality wise? To early to say, but I hope so.
Else not much to say on the game really, we were the better team and we didn't manage to convert possession and chances in to more goals.

I wasn't as disappointed with the result as I was at not seeing Sterling or Ngoo on the subs bench. If KK wants to instill passion and competition then what better way than to provide competition from the youth ranks? This is the not the Dalglish we knew from Shanks/Paisley's era. Unfortunately. One tit for another.

I think they are though. People generally do.Originally posted by cream View PostFair enough, but to say people are over-reacting because of the poor result is wrong too.
We were on a **** run before, we're on a **** run now. Today hasn't told us anything we didn't already know. Regardless of performance, every game that ends without a win will now cause anger and mass panic, them's the rules
