The answer is that it's our build up play being so slow.

We rarely rely to heavily on wing play and too often lack enough threat through the middle and from midfield.

I'm not sure he has Gerrard's shooting ability, he only has 2 career goals, but I agree he'll become a good player with more confidence.

I'm pretty positive he has more than two career goals. He's got one for us and at least one for the U21's this season alone.

Stephen Martin's claim that Cruyff had "agreed terms in principle" looks a bit embarrassing.

I have no doubt that we were/are interested in Cruyff - speaking to him and/or getting him to come here is another matter entirely.

Henderson just lacks the confidence to take things on. That boy with confidence will be one class player.

Problem atm is he lacks confidence and arrogance, something I think that Shelvey has.
