Just to clear 1 thing up: all of #LFC's signings were jointly approved apart from (definitely) Adam and (reportedly) Downing. They were KD.

Adam is ok squad option but Carroll and Downing are brought in to be first team players and neither of them impressed so far.

I guess its subjective, but I'd rather persevere with Henderson than Adam. He has a lot more potential than someone who is already at their peak. Adam isn't as likely to improve, neither is Downing. Carroll and Henderson at least have time on their side.

I know Adam isn't exactly over the hill, but I can't see him getting any better. I'll gladly be rebuked over this if he comes good in the future, but I think he's a peak player now, and we're not likely to see him get any better

I really do think Henderson has a lot of potential, but he hasn't been handled properly. Similairly, Carroll seems to have been managed incorrectly - there are always going to be question marks about why he can never hold a place after he has done well. Its Babelism all over again, except with a higher value, more mentally fragile product.

By recovery they mean how quickly you recharge your batteries after a game with the average being 48-72 hours

Carroll's was apparently about 5-6 days (as was Bellamy's for obvious reasons)!!

One thing about Adam is he's a trier, limited but does give it a go.

Henderson is just invisible, if the match is not going his way (more often than not) then he hides.

Adam has been better than Henderson, Henderson could/should be the better player though.

Adam at 7 million is a decent signing, he had good run then went off the boil but because of injuries had to play much like Enriques current dip. Downing is a class player having a poor season in a poor team .. that said we paid over the odds for him, but we never going to get there player of the year cheap his market rate was 16, they did want to sell, we offered 20 and forced the issue not the end of the world ... Hendo I believe was 13 rising to 16, Carroll is dubious no matter which way you cut it, obviously we signed him beleiving he is going to be one of the most prolific english center forwards of a generation, I would say its still too early to judge him, i would be happy to see him stay with us

Out of interest, as Adam apparently has to set up goals and defend brilliantly why does Lucas only have to defend? Seems a bit harsh he's never criticised for the lack of goals or assists while Adam is expected to do everything.
