Fair play to them for sorting it out but it's no surprise to hear they ****ed it up initially. We are light years behind the likes of United, Arsenal etc in terms of how we are run. FSG have got so much work to do it's mind boggling

Thing is, i'd spoken to them on the phone on four separate occasions, trying to resolve the issue, and nothing was done. "There's nothing we can do" was their reply.

Only when i'd forwarded on the email i sent to Ayre, did they actually sort it out - apparently Phil Dutton took ownership of the issue at that point and only then did it get solved - whether Ayre did anything or not, i'm not sure.

Yeah, that's it Craig. It's me, refusing to call the club a disgrace and refusing to say we're run by amateurs because the stadium announcer didn't get a ticket to a semi final that is seeking attention. Not people making a big deal about trivial issues, oh no.
